She is very organized in planning the day with tours to the point where she plans by location and mileage so we could be efficient with our time. We have had great communication with her. I'll start off by saying that the single best decision we made during our homebuying process was switching to Tracie. We were first-time homebuyers and were working with an agent that we were referred to by our family. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit and made us feel very uneasy about the process, especially because we had found a property that we really liked. We reached out to Tracie on a Sunday night and she met us in her office Monday noon. When we stepped into her office, we were greeted by her warm smile and all the paperwork that she had prepared (neighborhood report, etc.) as well as all of the answers to the questions we had for the sellers!
