Tracie was a wonderful agent to work with for purchasing our new home, which was contingent on selling our previous home. We had first connected almost one year ago when we were first exploring the possibility of moving into a new home in a quieter neighborhood. At the time we weren't necessarily ready to move but wanted to see our options of what was available in the market. We also had questions about how we would sell our home and Tracie helped research some details we needed to settle. Tracie continued to stay in touch with us over the months to check on our status and we also received email updates on new homes that were coming on the market in the areas where we had expressed interest. When it came time that we were coming across homes that seemed reasonable to pursue, Tracie jumped back into help us navigate the search. We finally found the home where we wanted to make an offer and within a week we had professional photos taken of our previous home, had it listed on the market, and held open houses. Tracie did a wonderful job guiding us through the whole selling process while also simultaneously negotiating for the new home. She assured us of the timeline we were trying to work within to make sure we can close our previous home in order to close on our new home. We received multiple offers on our previous home and again Tracie walked us through how to select the ideal buyer. We were able to open and close escrow on both homes within two months. Everything moved as smoothly as it could and wherever there were obstacles, Tracie was very communicative and advocated for us to make sure all parties were moving forward on their responsibilities. I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was working with Tracie Wong as my real estate agent. Tracie has been such a pleasure to work with. She is local to the areas we have been searching to buy a new home, but she also has so much expertise in so many areas of Southern California. She is very organized in planning the day with tours to the point where she plans by location and mileage so we could be efficient with our time. We have had great communication with her. Not only is she easy to reach, she makes sure she gives us her full attention when we are out looking at houses and will get back to you in a timely manner. She made sure on our first meeting she went over our budget, ideal locations, and what we are looking for in a home so that she could send us weekly updates of new homes available or about to come out in the market. When we were interested in a home, she would provide us a comprehensive report of the neighborhood that gave us statistics regarding topics like crime rate, ratings on schools, and demographics. This greatly helped us with our decisions. We have places several offers on homes with her. She has taken the time to sit down with us and go over how we could be competitive in this market to make our offers stand out. She goes above and beyond, she even made us a 20-30 min long video explaining the home buying process and also to go over filling out our first offer. My family has been a big influence in our home buying process as it is me and my husband’s first home. She has been so great in communicating and emailing them the same information we receive. She was able to help us buy and close on our very first home. We appreciate her guidance and help during the closing process on top of house hunting! I'll start off by saying that the single best decision we made during our homebuying process was switching to Tracie. We were first-time homebuyers and were working with an agent that we were referred to by our family. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit and made us feel very uneasy about the process, especially because we had found a property that we really liked. We reached out to Tracie on a Sunday night and she met us in her office Monday noon. When we stepped into her office, we were greeted by her warm smile and all the paperwork that she had prepared (neighborhood report, etc.) as well as all of the answers to the questions we had for the sellers! I kid you not, we walked out of her office feeling SO relieved and so much more confident that we made the right choice (we literally texted all our close fam/friends who knew we were looking at homes). By Tuesday afternoon, Tracie helped us submit our offer and through some back and forth, we were able to purchase the property under list price (!!) AND she negotiated for the sellers to take care of all the repairs. Beyond that, Tracie has just been a gem to work with - she is always available, quick to respond, thorough with her explanations (so helpful for first-time buyers), and is always on top of things. She made us feel comfortable to ask questions when we had them and always kept us in the loop when working with seller/lendors/escrow/inspector/etc. We 100% recommend Tracie and would definitely work with her again!

Let’s first start off by saying that we have been looking to buy for over a year and a half and that market has been brutal! After switching over to Tracie who is a full time realtor, we noticed the difference with the attention that she was able to provide to us. Sending us listings and showing us homes 1-2 days per week. She is super flexible with our schedule (we have three little kids) and was able to accommodate us. She was very easy to talk to and always had an open communication responding to all our texts/emails. If she doesn’t have the answer to our questions, she made sure to get back to us with one. She always made us felt like we were heard and always backed us up with our gut instinct (this made us feel very valued as her client and comfortable with our decision). We absolutely love her personality! She always has a smile on and has a positive outlook on things. Now at the end of our searching journey, we feel like she became part of our family. Our kids absolutely adore her when they come along with us on the house tour.
