I'll start off by saying that the single best decision we made during our homebuying process was switching to Tracie. We were first-time homebuyers and were working with an agent that we were referred to by our family. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit and made us feel very uneasy about the process, especially because we had found a property that we really liked. We reached out to Tracie on a Sunday night and she met us in her office Monday noon.
